Perché non si chiariscono i veri motivi della vendita del terreno comunale alle Terme, avvenuto in modo oscuro e troppo affrettato
Pubblichiamo un articolo, apparso su L'Unione Sarda, con cui si da notizia del modo con cui si sta provvedendo a vendere un terreno pubblico ad Arbatax, sul quale si dovrà realizzare un'iniziativa imprenditoriale. Si vuole qui sottolineare l'importanza data in quella vendita alle characteristics and quality of the investment project, to create jobs, advertising business to get more offers to choose from, as well as the sale price. Why Sardis was not followed a similar procedure? Why has not sought the help of Sfirs or some other investment bank? Why the hurry? Why has avoided discussing the first in the City Council, which has exclusive jurisdiction to decide on issues like this? Why not inform the parties, associations, citizens?
